Not truly; that would be 9am on the day the majority of Christianity celebrates the birth of Christ. It wasn't chosen as the day until a few centuries AD. Some folk feast it on January 6/7, some on the 19th. The 25th was chosen in an attempt to supersede many non-Christian holidays, primarily the Roman celebration of Satinalia (for the Romans, the Solstice was December 25th).
